Split Rock is an international billing system and CIS consulting company.

We provide services to utilities and utility suppliers through our offices in the US and the UK. The company was formed by the principles of a former utility consulting group; therefore, Split Rock possesses a firm understanding of utility and supplier processes, operations, CIS and billing systems. Our team has a long and successful history of utility and CIS implementation, upgrade and maintenance experience. They have collectively spent decades in the industry and have worked successfully in a wide variety of roles.
